Details Itinerary

Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival and Check-in to the Hotel

The representatives from High 5 Adventures Pvt. Ltd. will welcome you at Tribhuvan International Airport upon your arrival. We then transfer you to the hotel for the overnight stay.

Day 02:  Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing Tour

Today, we spend the whole for the sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Valley. You will have the full day guided sightseeing of Kathmandu Valley covering the major cultural attractions which have also been cited as The World Heritage Cultural Sites. After having breakfast in the morning, we visit Pashupatinath, which is considered the holiest temple of Lord Shiva.  We then head to Bauddhanath, which is also known as Little Tibet and also is one of the oldest and largest Buddhist Monastery in the world. Finally, you will have dinner at the hotel and stay there overnight.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Besishahar (830m) – 7 Hours

After talking the morning breakfast in the morning, we take a drive to Besishahar from Kathmandu. It's a distance of 185 kilometres and takes about 7 hours to reach there. Besishahar offers you the beautiful views of snowcapped mountains around. We stay overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 04: Trek from Beshishahar to Bahundanda (1310m) – 5 Hours

We start out trek from Besishahar. We follow the trail that climbs to Khudi, which is the first Gurung village. On the way further, we can observe the fine views of Himalchuli and Peak 29. We then climb to Bhulbhule and passing through Lampata we eventually reach Bahundanda which offers the wonderful cultural side of Nepal. We stay overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 05: Trek from Bahundanda to Chamje (1400m) – 5 Hours

From Bahundanda, our trail drops steeply to Syange. On the way, you can witness a large waterfall. After crossing the suspension bridge over Marsyangdi River, we follow the river to the stone village of Jagat before climbing through the forests to Chamje. We stay overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 06: Trek from Chamje to Dharapani (1920m) – 5 Hours

Our trail today continues from Chamje crossing the Marsyangdi River to the east bank. We then follow the trail along the river embankment. Passing through the overhanging rocks, the trail passes through several villages like Tal Beshi and Tal Karte en route. We eventually reach Dharapani where we stay overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 07: Trek from Dharapani to Koto (2600m) – 6 Hours

We have our breakfast at Bagarchhap and then start trekking towards Koto. Our trail goes along the mule track through the dense pine and oak forest. During the trek, you will also get to explore the rich culture of Koto. We stay overnight at Koto.

Day 08: Trek from Koto to Dharmasala (3230m) – 7 Hours

Today, our journey is going to be quite long and somewhat difficult. We have to pass through several small caves and pilgrims on the way. And continuously walking for about 7 hours will bring us to Dharmasala where we spend overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 09: Trek from Dharmasala to Kayang (3740m) – 6 Hours

Today, we will have a steep climb up the valley along a small and scenic river that brings us to high pastures. We will also pass through scenic Meta Kharka on the way. Meta Kharka is a non-permanent winter settlement of Nar. Finally, we reach the village of Kayanag where we spend overnight at a tented camp.

Day 10: Trek from Kayang to Phu Valley (4050m) – 6 Hours

From Kayang, we have to move steeply down to the river. And from the river, we have to trek for a while along the river bank passing some possible campsites on the way. Eventually, we reach the village of Nar where we spend overnight at a tented camp.

Day 11: Exploration Day at Phu Valley

We spend our full day on the exploration of Phu Valley. Today, we get an opportunity to meet the local Phu residents and get to know about their culture.

Day 12: Trek from Phu Valley to Junam (3550m) – 5 Hours

We descend to the river back through Phu gate and then retrace our steps back to the JunamKhola. We stay overnight at our campsite.

Day 13: Trek from Junam to Nar Village (4150m) – 5 Hours

Today will be another classic Himalayan trekking day for us. Descending down to the old bridge spanning a deep and contoured narrow gorge, we return back again and reach the Nar gates at the top of the hill. We stay overnight at our campsite.

Day 14: Exploration Day at Nar Village

We take this whole day for the exploration of Nar village. Nar is a bit more social and lively than Phu. In Nar, you will have a close look at the local culture and lifestyle. We stay overnight at a campsite.

Day 15: Trek from Nar Village to Ngwal (3675m) after crossing Kang La Pass (5315m) – 6 Hours

From Nar, we head for Ngwal today. Today, we have to cross Kang La pass which is not a difficult pass but it could be a long day if there is snow on the pass. After crossing the spectacular pass of Kang La, we eventually reach Ngwal where we set up our camp for the overnight stay.

Day 16: Trek from Ngwal to Manang (3550m) – 7 Hours

From Ngwal, we head for Manang today. We pass through the isolated village of Paugh overlooking the amazing views of the Annapurna range. We then move gently uphill to Mungli and then to the main trail of Annapurna Trail at Mungli. We eventually reach Manang, where we set up our camps for an overnight stay.

Day 17: Trek from Manang to Letdar (4250m) towards Thorong La Pass – 6 Hours

From Manang, we trek to Letdar today following the ascending trail via several places including Tergi and Yak Kharka. After crossing the Thorong La Pass, we reach Letdar where we set up camps for our overnight stay.

Day 18: Trek from Letdar to Thorong High Camp (4800m) – 5 Hours

Today, our mountain path leads continuously to climb along the east bank of the JarjungKhola from Letdar. After making a short ascent, we reach ThorongPhedi or Thorong High Camp. We set up a campsite at ThorongPhedi and stay overnight.

Day 19: Trek from Thorong High Camp to Muktinath (3800m) after crossing Thorong La pass (5416m) – 8 Hours

Our journey today is going to be quite long today. So we start early in the morning before sunrise to reach the Pass by 9 am. We have to consider the weather conditions that might greatly affect our journey particularly at the Thorung La pass which is at the altitude of 5416m. We have to climb steeply on a regular route which is quite easy to follow. We need to take maximum care as it often causes terrible problems to cross the pass if it is covered by heavy snow. It takes around four hours to climb up to the pass. After walking for around four more hours from Thorong La Pass, we reach the holy temple of Muktinath, which is considered one of the holiest pilgrimages in Nepal. Muktinath Area is home to several monasteries along with the temple of Muktinath. Interestingly, Muktinath is a sacred pilgrimage site for both Buddhists and Hindus. You can witness 108 water sprouts around it and gorgeous natural spring and an eternal flame fueled by natural gas. We stay overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 20: Trek from Muktinath to Kagbeni (2810m) – 5 Hours

Today, we head onwards after exploring the Muktinath Area and pass through the ancient caves. On the way, we can enjoy the panorama of the impressive White Mountains. On reaching Kagbeni, we check in the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 21: Trek from Muktinath to Jomsom (2713m) – 5 Hours

We follow the same trail back to Kagbeni. And following the trail down to the EkleBhatti, we step towards Jomsom again. We stay overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 22: Flight from Jomsom to Pokhara

From Jomsom, we take a morning flight to Pokhara, which takes about 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Pokhara, we drive to the hotel and on a remaining day, we take our time for the sightseeing of the beautiful city of Pokhara, which is the best tourist destination in Nepal. We explore the number of mysterious caves and temples. We take our time to enjoy boating in Fewa Lake and explore the Seti Gorge, Museum, and Davis Falls. In the remaining time, you can explore the city. Overnight, we stay at a guesthouse.

Day 23: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu

We drive back to Kathmandu from Pokhara today. Upon reaching Kathmandu, you can utilize your time for the last minute shopping or you can explore around the city. We celebrate the Farewell Dinner together with the trekking team and spend overnight at the hotel.

Day 24: Final Departure from Kathmandu

Today, you take the returning flight to your hometown. Our representatives will assist you to reach the airport. You return to your home with unforgettable travel experience in Nepal.
